Changing Tent Thingy - 09-11-2005, 09:24 PM

Does anyone have one of these they could loan me on Sunday? And/or any ideas where I could buy one this week?? I've senior photos (for the first time) on Sunday and I've no idea where they're going to change. They're still deciding where they want to do the photos, but none of the places that I "usually" shoot have anything near by for changing. Otherwise, any recommendations (on the Dallas/North side of the metro) on where we could go where they could change??

THANKS

rent/borrow a small motorhome, or a camping trailer????

I suppose that is out of the question $$ , but the thought popped up, and here it is in case you can use it.

other than this, not much help I'm afraid.

I carry a white sheet in my trunk for bridals and it comes in handy for this. Seniors almost always bring a friend or mom with them and they can help hold up the sheet. Or a large reflector, as long as the place isn't too crowded. If there are that many people there, chances are the engineers thought of that and put in a public restroom . :)

It's a boyfriend/girlfriend with their parents, so it might get a bit sticky if you know what I mean.

You can build one out of PVC pipe and bed sheets. Kind of like the diffusers that David made at his studio (if you have seen them). Just put four of those together in a changing room type configuration.

Kind of like this but four of them

You might try REI, or another backpacking store. They make 'portable toilet' shelters, tents, that would probably work. Some of those shops rent camping equipment. I would try that.
