What type and size pool you looking for? I work in the pool industry and pending on the type of shoot your looking to do i can ask around and see who might have a homeowner willing to allow you use of their pool. Chances are though most H/O's are covering their pools and they might not be clean. Couple of pool companys you might ask to see if they could help are Claffey Pools in Southlake (they shoot only high end neighborhoods mostly) or Pullium Pools. If you are willing to snap a few shots for them to use they might be willing to help you with a pool location.

you may want to check a luxury type apartment complex and discuss it with the manager - perhaps they like a cool pic of their pool for promotional purposes.

Just for anyone elses sake, also check with real estate companys, with some many houses on the market there is sure to be one. Lot of them are looking for shots for websites and such so they might be able to help as well. This is also good if your looking for a cool house for a shoot as well.
