Very cool! I don't know that I'd pay to go into ICE again, but I would like to go back to the Gaylord and take some more photos now that I have a decent camera.

Nice shots. $22 is kinda pricey for me as well. Multiply that times several heads and Oh My My!

Yeah TELL me about it! after parking, ice, two hot chocolates and a bottle of water, it cost me almost $100.00!!!! PLUS we went to vetro earlier in the day and got two handblown glass ornaments, that was 54.00 and then lunch at willhoits which was 35 for three of us! it turned out to be a VERY expensive day!!! hehehe But it was worth it to see the smile on shyannes face! plus shey got to spend some quality time with his daughter which he doesnt get to do very often. so for me it was really just a priceless day.

We were out there tonight and can appreciate these beautiful shots! You did the place proud.

Lots of people at the Gaylord tonight but we did everything we set out to do. Took the P&S and very glad I did. Considering how many times I got bumped, someone would have had a CF card in a very uncomfortable place had I had the big gun with me.

Thats what I brought minus the MKII and the Polarizer. hehehe I brought the 5D with the 24-70 f2.8 L Lens. BRING extra batteries and stick them in your pants pocket that way they stay warm! the cold WILL Drain your battery. and Dress warm! I wore thermals under neath layers of clothing. I also accepted the jacket they let you use in there. I had on 4 or 5 layers of clothes by the time we went through there but I was never really cold. only my fingertips and my nose
