Noon to Three at the Grassy Knoll, over by the sixth floor museum.

I didn't make the last one but the turn out for it was pretty large from news reports so I believe that this one may be even larger. They hope to put this on U TUbe to get better exposure.

Don't know what the colder weather will do but it should be dry but cloudy/overcast.
