Autorama 13-15 Feb

Just curious if anyone is planning on going to:

Looks like a good opportunity for some photos and maybe even some HDR photos!!

John, checked out your website. Some very impressive HDR images. Being in the Air Force the aircraft images are impressive. We're going today to the autorama, should be a neat venue. What program are you using for HDR...curious.

Thanks for the kind words regarding the images. I've tried several programs but have had the "best" luck using Photomatix. I haven't made it to the show but might make it today...if not, there is always the Dallas Auto Show next weekend :-) By the way, I was in the Air Force too!

Thanks, I've tried Photomatrix some time ago, I'll have to experiment with it again as soon as I can get some good pics in series. Thanks for the info on next weekends Auto show, we'll try and make it out today to the Autorama. Good to see a fellow Airman...

Nice! We weren't able to make it out today maybe next weekend. Like the watermark you are using, by chance are you using Lightroom? Trying to figure it out, I have PS3 as well but really want to figure out lightroom. Is this an action that you developed to post on your images.

Wade, I actually use a brush I made with "Define Brush Preset" in Photoshop. I could make an action out of it, but I change it up a little each time depending on the "mood" of the photo...or maybe me, ha! Anyway, if you'd like I could e-mail you a quick little tutorial tomorrow. Just let me know.

- HDR - it varies but for the auto show, I primarily used 3 images. Simply because of the conditions...people, set-up, etc.
