In Garland... http://www.simon.com/mall/aym.aspx?ID=1074 (It's the second listing) They are setting up the rides now. It looks like it'll start this weekend and be here until March 15th. I'm not sure if it's open during the week or just on weekends though. I'm going to stop by there tomorrow after dropping off the kids and ask someone. (and hopefully take a few behind the scene pics ;) ) Looks like lots of fun though! My 5 year old is super excited to "go to the fair AT THE MALL!"
