Romantic spots in DFW??

I have a friend that wants to propose to his girlfriend this weekend and was looking for a nice romantic spot to do it in. He's gonna take her out to dinner and was thinking about some 'park like" place to pop the question, so it will be in the evening
I remember once when I was up there I shot the Mustangs at Las Colinas at night and there were a lot of couples there, and I thought about White Rock Lake, but if you guys have any better spots I can point him to, I'd be grateful...

Dinner at the new Omni Hotel in Ft. Worth and then a walk across the street to the Water Gardens.

The French Room at the Adolphus
The Mansion on Turtle Creek
Arboretum (Dallas Blooms opens soon)
Turtle Creek along Lakeside Drive
The gazebo at the park on Versaille in HP
Poolside at either the W or the Joule Hotel
Hotel ZaZa
Poolside @ the Hotel Belmont with the cool view of downtown Dallas in the background

Omni Hotel is a great spot drove by there on sat very nice...

also Downtown Fort Worth Again there is a spot at the Corner of Commerce & 2nd St. Park Benches Brick Patio Type area Surrounded by Trees and at night they light up the trees with lights a very nice touch looks nice and romantic.

American Airlines Center ... helps if there is a Mavs or Stars game. :-)

I've never done this before but the gondola cruise would be cool. It's on the Mandalay Canal in Las Colinas.
