Visited the FT Worth Zoo yesterday with friends/photographers.

And the shots of the monkeys are pretty good too.

You very seldom get to shoot the "wild photographer of Texas" but with the natural background the zoo provides, you occasionally catch them in their natrual habitat...

LOL, You Rascal, I knew I was in for trouble.

You know those "L" lenses just make you look better don't they

I really enjoyed the day, and it was a blast shooting with those 2!!!

I just wish Fort Worth Zoo would adopt Tyler's view of how a Zoo should be laid out. The Tyler Zoo is a wonderful place, the 3 hour drive is a little far, but it's definitely worth it, at least once a year to sit back and relax and look out over the Savannah of Elephants, Giraffes, Zebra's, Antelope's and other animals and at the top on the Hill, are the Lions!!!!!!

I tried to talk to FTW Zoo about how if it's good for Photographer's it will be good for regular Visitor's, but I didn't get very far. In the past, they haven't been very Photographer friendly, I don't know if they have had bad experiences, but they won't even take donated images to use

How soon is soon? I plan to go to the Tyler Zoo during the week of Oct 16 to Oct 22.
