Texas Renaissance Festival - 10-11-2005, 01:08 PM

Hi Guys, while most of you were at the zoo and the cotton bowl, me, Danny and Daniel made a two day trip to the Texas Renaissance Festival in Houston/Plantersville. Very nice place and the weather was great, all I did really was take portrait shots, after I was back I realized that I took too many of the same kind of pictures but I just got caught up in the moment of photographing all the beautiful girls and the people in different costumes. Really a great place to take pictures... my pictures are up on my website address here:
http://www.pbase.com/rrs/texrenfest102005
but here are a few...
Comments and Critique very much appreciated as always.....

Very nice. You have a very nice style with natural lighting, etc.

Nice shots. They may all be portraits but you definitely got a variety of subjects.

I really like #1 - the lighting is very intimate, and her curves are perfectly accentuated.
I also think the horizontal crop on #4 really works for the image. Great job on all of these, and on the others in the gallery! :)

Thanks Todd, I do love the camera. Was browsing some of your pics, they are just amazing. Good stuff.
Ashot, next time we make a trip, I will surely let you know, it was real fun with three guys and their camera's and all the beautiful women there... Thank you for the comments...
Thanks Jeff, it was too late before I realized that I should have used my wide angle more...

Great work. I really need to get out there and look for more victims, oops, models

Wenches! I tell you the world needs more of them. Big ones, small ones, ones who climb on rocks, tough ones, sissy ones, even ones with chicken pox!!! (name that jingle)
