I noticed that they have a Jet or 2 sitting out there. It is very easy to just park walk to the fence and snap a few pics... right off on Main st. But I dont know if that is ok. Try this. Park your car. Walk in The FBO. Explain what you'd like to do. Ask if it's OK. If you are very nice and friendly, they might let you out on the ramp for a few photos. Tell them you are an airplane photograph nut. |

That can work also at Alliance Airport. They get a lot of interesting transient traffic at AFW, both civilian and military.
