Old rundown building ANYWHERE in DFW?

I need an old rundown, falling apart building for a shoot I'm planning but I don't really know where to start since I'm usually a 'pretty scenery' kind of girl.

Anyone have any ideas? Or at least know where to begin my search?

Dallas has gone on a spree against vacant buildings in the last year so a lot of places that were accessable before are not now. Are you looking for the look to be an accessable outside location with the building as background or do you want to do a shoot inside of a building using it as the local?

I'd like to work inside the building, if at all possible. I don't mind driving outside Dallas. I know downtown has torn down alot of stuff in the quest to be fresh & beautiful (I.e. The tunnels in deep ellum). I figured this would be a rough request.

Law office off 8th in FTW. It is directly across the street from All Saints.
