I went there about a week ago or so to check it out. Its still under development, it will look great in about a year. Lots of construction still going on. They have big plans for the area including a performance hall.

Saying that there are still some places to get some good shots. There really isn't a place to go inside unless you go into the local retail shops and restaurants.

There are couple nice large wood doors that make excellent backdrops. Also the entrance to the Keller Williams real estate agency with huge columns. There's a nice wedding chapel church but unfortunately right now you can't get close enough to since they are doing construction around it and have it blocked off.

I would definitely go there before your shoot to see if it will meet your needs.

scott.

I agree and bring your walking shoes because while there are some really cool places, it's very spread out as well. I'd start at that corner of Virginia and Stonebridge and just start walking :)

It is private property and you could run into issues. Some places like this protect their property and don't want it photographed. Some even trademark it, with prevents usage for any purpose. I wouldn't want to take clients there unless I was sure of their photography policy before going.
