I've got all of those five minutes from my house, but I live north of Fort Worth.

There are some cool places in old downtown Plano if you look for them ;) For kind of the run down old wall look.. no graffiti though and I don't know what to tell you on old rusted cars. I am always on the look out for nice places in Allen as well.. It seems like a mostly generic place thus far (no offense to anyone who lives there!).

Really Allen? 90% of Allen was built after 1985, the other 10% was just a few old farm houses and a couple neighborhoods- heck Richardson which goes back over 100 years has just a few places that would fit your criteria and those are all in the Downtown area of the town (IE Main Street). So they need to either travel into central Dallas or Ft Worth or change what sort of look that they want.

About the as close as i can get are the railroad tracks. North of Allen Station Park There is a bridge where the tracks cross. Or go into the park for the skate park or what about those old buildings they are moving in? Just south of the skate park.
PS the RR track IS NOT in use! A Safe place to go.

Just came across this thread. Which tracks are you talking about? Do you have any pics of them? I've been looking for some cool tracks, buildings, doors, etc. for an upcoming senior shoot. Thanks!

I am from Allen. You are NOT going to find anything like that there! The closest is going to be Downtown Dallas.

I know this is an old thread, but best thing I can think of in that area is downtown McKinney.

I think there might be a little graffi under the bridge.
Here are directions
33.117741,-96.665993 you can google it with this.
From I 75 go east, get in the left lane, you will go across a RR track. Now slow down turn into the first DRIVEWAY you see. I don't remember the comany. Drive past the building on the right. just past this building on the left you will see a concrete walk way, park there and take this path. Go to the right on the path. Path will split in just a little bit. go right. this path will end. But just about 50 feet away you will see the rr bridge.
Hope you can understand this if not let me.
