Where are a few good spots one can go in Dallas to get some "overshot" downtown skyline shots or slow shutter freeway light trails? When visiting Dallas, I pass plenty of places where the view is great, but generally it's not a place I can pull over and set up a tripod and all. I would like to go to a spot or two next week, where I can capture an unobstructed view of downtown. It would be great if it were also a place I'm not breaking any laws to be.
