There is one that I always think is adorable out in Parker (East of Plano, not far from Wylie). It's on Parker road East of 75.. not sure exactly but I always pass it. Just a simple white frame church, very Sarah Plain and Tall :)

Not too many right in DFW (I've looked). There are two in Cedar Hill. Terrell has some, as does Forney. Ellis County has several.

I have a list of such things. PM me with an email and I'll send you a spreadsheet.

Not sure if it is of the style your looking for, but there is a wonderful Eastern Orthodox church that gets great morning light at Hillcrest and Spring Valley (or Valley View).

There is the 1800's vintage church at the Farmers Branch Historical Park.

It's pretty, and still used for weddings!

Also a simple frame white painted Church that is in the Heritage Park (Old City Park) that is used for weddings that is due south of Downtown.

There are a few small churches scattered around East Dallas and Oak Cliff/South Dallas that are older but most just don't have that great of a photograpic look-heck there is one just on the end of the block that I live on that was converted to lofts but it still doesn't have much of an eye appeal.

To get the old clapboard steeple/belltower churches you just need to drive around the smaller towns and ask the locals.

Round Grove Church on Round Grove road in Lewisville is a classic rustic old white pioneer church with a tall steeple. It's now used as a wedding chapel but is a true historic church that has been manintained. There is a pioneer cemetery right behind it too.

That one is directly across from the Parker Fire Dept/City hall. Which is at 5700 parker rd. Then there is the other one that was on the corner of 544 and Murphy Rd in Murphy but they moved it down onto murphy road, just north of the new high school being built.
