Family Portraits in FW - 04-16-2010, 10:32 AM

Any ideas on where I could do some family portraits in Ft Worth? I've got a family that will be in Saginaw and they were thinking about Botanical Gardens, but didn't want to pay the $75/hr to use the site. I don't blame them! I know about the Stockyards, but I'm thinking they were more wanting a park-type feel to it! Much appreciated!!

I think $75 / hr is only for Fuller Gardens and Japanese Gardens. The main part of the Gardens is just $25 per...that's all I've ever used. Quite reasonable really.

Jon is correct on the $25 per hour fee. Fuller Garden, Leonard Courtyard, Beggs Courtyard, Japanese Garden and the Conservatory are subject to the $75 per hour fee.
There's lots of community parks or trails. Set it up right and no one would know the difference.

Thanks so much for the info everyone! My session ended up being in Denton, but I will definitely keep these spots in mind and will make note that certain areas don't charge the $75.
Thanks!!
