Murphy/Wylie locations? - 02-07-2011, 09:58 AM

Good Morning,

I live in Cypress, and am heading to see some family in Murphy this coming weekend. I have an evening photo shoot on Saturday, and am on the lookout for some location ideas in the Murphy/Wylie area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Thanks for checking...the shoot is for two elementary aged kids. I'm thinking maybe a little rustic, or just nice big trees and a field? Old buildings are a possibility. I know downtown Wylie may be an option...I just wanted to throw it out and see if anybody else had some suggestions. :)

Breckenridge Park is a good place. You can go down by the creek or there are wooden bridges there. In Richardson right next to Murphy.

Murphy city Hall has the big fountain.

When I want outdoors I go to oak point park and nature preserve in Plano,5901 Los Rios Blvd.,(Between Jupiter and Parker Road) Or Bob Woodruff Park, 2601 San Gabriel Drive, PlanoTX, 75074 The two parks connect.

Thank you for the responses to this. We ended up in Downtown Wylie, and had lots of great options.
