Cool bridges/Unused dead end tracks in Parker/Wylie area? - 11-21-2011, 08:27 AM

I have a session next Monday where she would like to capture the feel of traveling as part of it. We are doing some of our shooting at a private residence in Parker so it's a bit far from the area I was thinking of in McKinney with some dead end overgrown tracks. I rather not shoot on any tracks that trains actually use (you know, illegal, dangerous, stuff). I was also thinking a small backroad bridge of some sort would be really cool as well as an alternative. I just thought I'd see if someone knew of a spot within about 10-15 mins of the Parker area - we will be close to the park/parker/los rios area.

Thanks in advance for any tips. :)

Try this maybe?

Well that's Parker County and not the town of Parker...but I'm sure you can search around a little bit, maybe on Collin County?

No problem!

I'm always going to one county or another to shoot the courthouse, and since I love abandoned bridges/railroad tracks too, i can see how this website will keep me very non-productive for awhile. :)
