About Chris Nielson:

This is a rare combination and we are honored to have him for this presentation.

Christian (“Chris”) Nielsen has been licensed and practicing as both an attorney and a certified public account in Texas for more than twenty years. His law practice deals with business entity formation and contracts, while his accounting practice is primarily tax planning and tax accounting for individuals and their businesses. He has several photographer clients and is familiar with their goals and concerns. He will discuss with you the legal and tax alternatives and benefits inherent within incorporating a photography practice, and thereafter would welcome any questions on business law and taxation.

Christian S. Nielsen
Attorney at Law
Certified Public Accountant
