* PACKET PICKUP:
* Packet pick-up will be on Saturday July 19, 2008 from 10am – 8pm at the Marriott Las Colinas.
* EXPO:
* The Expo will be conducted Saturday July 19, 2008 from 10am – 8pm at the Marriott Las Colinas.
* TRANSITION AREA OPENS:
* Sunday July 20, 2008 , 5:30am Parking & Body Marking
* RACE START:
* The First Wave will start at 7:30am on Sunday July 20, 2008. Swim Start is directly behind the Marriott Las Colinas. Aquabike will start within one of the waves for the Triathlon. The Minni Du will start after all the swimmers are out of the water.
* AWARDS CEREMONY:
* The Iron Girl Texas Triathlon awards ceremony will be held at approximately 11am, please join us. Refreshments will be provided for the athletes.

Iron Girl Texas Training Program is Open!
The 2008 Iron Girl Texas Race is July 20th in Irving, Texas and Fit2train wants to train YOU (and your friends) for it! This is a wonderful opportunity to trian with a group of ladies towards a common goal!!! The race is a SPRINT triathlon - 500 meter swim, 20k (12 mile) bike and 5k run! This is a great first timers event and a fun event for all women!! We will have a Women's Night Out to let those interested in the race and training program get more information and have some fun together.
