MAYFEST Celebrating its 37th year, this celebration of spring, which is held along the riverbanks in Trinity Park, includes a sports zone, an art market, a children’s area (just look for the giant sand pile), and the Great American Duck Race, just to name a few of the varied attractions. Musicians including Reckless Kelly, Brave Combo, and Starship starring Mickey Thomas will perform on three stages. New this year is the Trinity River Round-Up Pro Wakeskate Championships, the first contest of its kind held in an all-natural setting. Apr 30—May 3. Thur & Fri 3:30—10, Sat 10—10, Sun 11—7.
