Post Exposure, Second Edition: Advanced Techniques for the Photographic Printer by Ctein
I have the first edition and highly recommend it for if nothing else the detailed evaluation of enlarger lenses.
I don't know what the second edition brings with it but the first from used dealers at 13 dollars is well worth having for reference.
