Let's not forget Eliot Porter. His dye transfer prints are at the Amon Carter Museum in that little cow town west of Dallas.

Carbon transfer printing should also be mentioned.

Its Eliot Porter. My sons middle name is Eliot after him. Pam wouldn't go for Ansel...

I was lucky enough to go to the symposium he gave the day he donated his works to the Amon Carter.

I have an autographed book from that day.

Yea, I am a fan.

His prints are dirt cheap for someone as important as he was.
