Best ISO 200 film? - 12-01-2009, 01:33 PM

What is the best ISO 200 color negative film? I need that one stop of speed/depth of field without sacrificing too much towards grain or noise.

I like Portra 160NC for portraits. Very tight grain.

If you want even tighter grain, then consider Ektachrom 200. It's yummy!

Ektar 100 underexposed a stop doesn't look good, very hard to scan.

Thanks for that. I won't do it. Is this for 35mm or 120? 120 Portra 800 exposed at 400 looks really nice.

800 @ 400 = +1

100 @ 200 = -1

Took awhile to find where we needed to be.

Only suite I have ever benn in that did not have a full time attendant.
