Hello All,
I just recently picked up a 1N and now have a few rolls of Ilford B&W that I want processed and scanned at high res. Can someone recommend a lab to do this?
Thanks in advance,
Scott

They're all going to be expensive on the scanning bit.

I smell Cottage Business. The problem is that you and I are on opposite sides of the Earth, Houston wise. The other problem is that I don't have a dedicated 35mm film scanner. The price would certainly be right.
Best way to do B&W film: Do it yourself. Scanners are cheap.

You can get set up to develop B&W for under $100. Way under if you get lucky. Check craigslist. If we weren't so far apaert I would do some film for you.

AZ photo lab near Shepherd and Washington does B&W and E-6 process.
I would serious buy a film scanner though. I am a fan of my Epson V500 which also comes with Abode Photoshop elements, which is quite useful and otherwise costs $80

Thanks All!
I already have a V500 coming from Amazon as I type. I got a roll of color film back from Sam's the other day. I have an old Epson 4180 but no film holder. However I was able to scan a couple of strips. I'll post in a separate thread...
I also dropped a couple of B&W rolls at Sam's last week as I couldn't wait. Sad think is that I'll have to wait til next week to get them back.

does sam's do b&w procssing? i thought they only did c41 and e6...
I developed 4 b&w rolls last night. took about 1.5-2 hrs. shorter than the weeks wait with sams. i'm still behind from our christmas trip. I have 2 or 3 more rolls to do.
welcome (back?) to the darkside scott.
someone might have some spare tanks and reels for 35mm from the free booty last fall. not sure though.

Sam's & Walmart send out B&W in 35mm and 120/220. Not too sure where it goes, maybe Dwayne's. I gave them one roll of Delta 100 and wasn't pleased. Based on processing Delta 100 myself, the problem might be a mismatch between Delta 100 and my brain. I may not be a Delta 100 person.
