The Arista EDU Ultra B&W 100 is really Foma 100, so you can look at the massive Development chart and get some starting points. Personally, it is my most commonly used film and I develop in in Diafine, 4 min (A) + 4 min (B).

Edit, the below is misinformed due to illiteracy but the information is here for record's sake.
The Premium (Red box?) is Tri-X. Shot at 400, I do 5.5-6m @ HC110 Dil-B with inversion, 5 minutes using a DIY-drum rig with decent results.

Follow Kodak's times for a good starting place. I also found that the film pushed very well to 400 developed in Xtol 1:3 for the time Kodak specified. Personally, I would use the Premium (Plus-X) for anything from 50 to 400 and the Premium 400 for pushing above 400. Arista Premium 400 is Tri-X made by Kodak.
Enjoy!

Treat the Arista 100 exactly like Plus-X. The Ektar 100 may benefit from ISO 80 depending on your hardware and metering style.
