Details on the swap meet: The Texas Photographic Collectors Association will hold their 2nd annual Camera Swap Meet on Saturday April 24, 2010. Location: The meeting hall of The First Unitarian Universalist Church, 5200 Fannin, Houston, Texas. Hours will be 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Open to the public - free admission! --------------------------- No matter where you go there you are. |

Glenwood, Camera Co-op, Star Pizza works a lot better (in my opinion) than Baker Street Pub. I'm not knocking Baker Street, but it doesn't offer anything else before or after. Now that the weather has improved, I would like to add Chuy's (Hwy 6 & 290 next to Gander Mountain) as a place to get together. The patio is great & we can slam a bunch of tables together. I'll be in Houston April 24-25 & Lisa and I will be in Houston May 8-9-10. Party at Valerie's! --------------------------- Wayne Deep in the darkest heart of the East Texas Rain forest. I'm up for a party here! Recently started to read up on lith printing, so maybe there could be some darkroom play time. It looks like we won't be able to do anything here until May 22 or 29. Let me know what works for y'all. I have had a very limited response to the planning poll with a tie between 4/25 dinner and 5/2 lunch. On our last GTG, which was at dinner and I had several requests for lunch. I will be posting a GTG for 5/2 lunch in the Houston section. --------------------------- No matter where you go there you are. |
