expired Ektar 25, how to expose?

I bought several rolls of expired Ektar 25 (10-1993, still sealed in the canister) at the gear swap last weekend to play with. Any suggestions on how to expose it? Shoot it at box speed, or go lower? Also, can I take this to any one-hour place to have it developed?

If it was refrigerated or frozen then the box speed should work. I would suggest shooting a test roll to see. Maybe bracket your exposures.

I saw that and was tempted to try some. I'm quite certain it's C-41 process, so any drugstore will do. Did Al (the seller) mention how it was stored?

I concur with bondarnes suggestion about bracketing a test roll. I'd try a stop, even two, in each direction.

I didn't ask him how it was stored, as it was so cheap I figured I could give up a couple dollars to find out.

Depends on how badly someone wants/needs it. Why not post a heads up in the Classifieds and see what you get?

I'd imagine that the serious Ektar 25 fan has also had it stockpiled in their freezer.
