Well, for it to be a true "Holga" shirt, you'd have 2-3 very general sizes and just do your best bet to guess what fits. And then you can't know if it will have holes and cuts that will vary, well... for lack of a better term: exposure. Let's call something hanging out due to said holes and cuts a "light leak." Then, you won't really know what appendage will go through which hole, just close your eyes and go for it. The texture of the shirt will appear to be wildly fuzzy, but it will be a pleasing kind of fuzzy. One that appeals to the eye and has an ethereal quality. And then, of course, should you ever run into anything or fall over while wearing said shirt, it will, due to poor manufacturing, fall completely to pieces.
Others may imitate the shirt, by for instance, just taking the chest panel and building adapters for it to go onto other, more expensive and technically able shirts but it will for all reason lose the effect. Other will make dohickeys and knick knacks that allow other body parts to use the shirt, aka adapter kits, but with all adapters, you will be showing something more, aka, "sprocket holes."
