Anybody interested in a film & darkroom pot luck dinner combined with a fee free ground glass protector workshop?

As for the workshop: I have made my own ground glass protector and a spare. I am by no means an expert. The two functional units I made were proceeded by three failures. (I at least know of three things not to do.) I'll be happy to demonstrate and turn you loose on the materials you bring with you.
I recommend you bring enough Lexan/clear acrylic type material to make two protectors and one to mess up. Each protector will need to be as wide as your film holder and about an inch shorter than twice the length of your film holder and either 1/16" or 3/32" thick. I can attempt cut your material to size but one of my mistakes involved a large piece shattered to unusability. (At least I as able to test the melting point of the material with it.)

As for the pot luck dinner: I'll set out an entrée and have the participants volunteer a side or other refreshments.

There is no fee of any kind for the workshop. If you want a ground glass protector for your large format camera or want to participate in the workshop you will need to bring your own materials.

I am willing to host this either September 19 or 26.
