That is pretty much the standard.

You need to keep the sleeves in an archival box also.

You can find a lot of info and supplies at Light Impressions.

In Houston we can buy them in a camera store.
Buy sleeves that match the number of frames per strip as your scanner film holder. If your scanner accepts 6 frame strips, buy sleeve pages that hold 6 frame strips, etc.

I use these. Try my best to only shoot 35 frames on a roll so that each roll fits in a single page. I contact print them through the sleeve and put the contact print in an 8x10 film sleeve. Both go in a binder with with the same filing number on each. I have one to two binders per year and it is easy to go through them when I am looking for a particular shot or event.
