I have alot of 35mm negatives that I'd like to convert to digital jpegs.
Anybody recommend a place in Dallas that can do this?

Depending on the quantity and price charged, you may wish to buy a scanner and do it yourself. Then have a few negatives professionally scanned for printing.

You can get a quality 35mm scanner, a Epson V300, for $86 off Amazon.

Scanning negatives will likely cost at least $0.30 per slide.

My point exactly. For record keeping the Epson at 1600 DPI or less will be fine. For the occasional print from a great negative, take it to a good lab for scanning and printing.
