Should I upgrade? - 02-03-2011, 03:31 PM

I have an opportunity to potentially pick up a Nikon FE2 at a fairly affordable price. Should I upgrade from my FG?

I really like my FG, but just knowing it has plastic on the body drives me batty. What do you think?

FE2 - 1/250 flash sync - 02-03-2011, 06:57 PM

FE2 is a better camera. It has a vertically traveling shutter that has a sync's speed 1/250 of a second instead of 1/90. Open the back and look at the film guide rails to determine if it has a lot of wear.

Well I like my FG alot, but I HATE my FM10, so imma use the FE2 as my main, my FG as my backup, and sell the FM10.

Anyone wanna buy an FM10? lol.
