He caught on quickly.... Maybe I should also have got out my 8x10 and let the LF bug bite?

The University of Houston teaches photography, right? Do they still have any anachronistic analog facilities up and running? For purely investigative purposes only.

Went for a drive. Returned with a 300D so full of darkroom equipment its rear suspension was sagging several inches. Beseler CB7, bunch of lenses, carriers, easels, trays, air-evac bottles, some cibachrome tanks, regular stainless tanks and reels (135, 120, 4x5), print washer, ummm heck I don't even remember everything. Trunk was completely full. Back seat too. Still is, actually. Need to unload it all.

As soon as finals are done with, it's darkroom buildin' time.

Everything is unpacked now. I've got quite a few lenses (all mounted), Rodenstock, Schneider, and Nikkor. 2x 50mm, an 80mm, a 105mm, and I think a 135mm as well. Negative carriers? 8mm up through 4x5. Borderless and bordered easels. Contact printing dohickies in a few sizes. Agitator deal for the rotary drums. Rotary drums. Lots of stainless reels in 135, two in 120. A tall tank that looks to hold 6x 135 reels, a tank that holds 2x 135 (or 1x 120), and a single 135 tank (all stainless). The 4x5 reels are plastic and appear to go to the jobo tank. There's the CB7, the consender head and a cold light head. A whole bunch of ND filters (old Kodak gelatin filters - no idea if they're even useful or not?). Trays, lots of them.

Definitely looking forward to setting up a darkroom once I finish finals next week.

(old Kodak gelatin filters - no idea if they're even useful or not?).

Might be contrast filters.

Are they marked 1,2,3 ect. or maybe 1, 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2...ect ?

Oh I've got contrast filters too (Ilford). These are ND filters, the packaging says ND .60, ND 3.00, etc.

Carriage control circuit has been rewired, room has been measured. Thursday I will cut wood to make a stand for the enlarger, buy some opaque cloth and gaffer's tape to black the room out with. All I need now is a safelight, and a timer for the head (I... uhh.. broke the one it came with. Or broke it more), and chemistry.
