Let's back up a bit. Is the film unexposed (unused) waiting to go in the camera? Or, has it been through the camera already? Either way, the rolls should have a name on the paper backing/and or packaging. Kodak "______" film? A guess: Verichrome Pan or Plus-X Pan or Tri-X Pan.
What camera do you have for the 116 film?
The good news: 116 film was discontinued in the early 80's. If it has been cold stored, chances are good you will get printable negatives.
The bad news: The film is 2 1/2" wide. Meaning it is wider than modern 120 film reels. I thought perhaps the film would fit on a 120 reel. Now, if someone has an adjustable reel that can be opened to 2 1/2" you may be in luck.
Now for the REALLY bad news: (I'm kidding) Actually, it's pretty good news. Diafine, a two part developer, is good at bringing out the image in old film.
As for Rocky Mountain Film Processing: It appears that they went through a messy chapter 13 bankruptcy last year. The information I found is a year old. I can't find anything newer indicating that they are actually in business.
A lot closer to home, give the folks at Holland in Austin a call. Ask them if they can process 116 film.

Good luck!
