I dare not venture into this realm as I still and looking for a pocket size 120 format.

I agree that Wayne is very knowledgeable in the areas of this silver halite medium stuff... Respect his comments as they are very factual and backed up with years of experiences.

I will be following this however for my future jumps into the deep end of the pool some day.

Sorry I didn't see this until now, I'd have done it for you.

I managed to pass PDE, so I won't be paying VA back for tuition/housing for the semester. This should put me in the position to start looking at 4x5" options - but at this point I think I'm more likely to buy some film holders and a lens, and then build a camera. I'm not foolish enough to think I can design, machine, and build the parts for less time/money than I could buy a complete camera but I enjoy doing things like that and it certainly can't hurt any.

It's no problem man, I spent the money on a new bike frame to replace my old one.

I think it would be awesome to build it over buying it. You did that awesome write up on the pepsi can pin hole and I thought it was fantastic. I am like you, I don't mind spending a little more money and building something myself over buying it already built. Keep us updated once you start and it's progress.

Grats on the PDE pass

OT, but I'm allowed to hijack my own thread. Bike frame you say? I just got into cycling w/ a Windsor Fens. Plan on doing the MS150 next year. Riding a 68mi ride in Little Rock next month with my younger brother who lives up there.

Nice looking bike. Why don't we do the TPF150. when the roads aren't full of the MS150 folks?

Yup, that's exactly where I got mine too. I'm game for a TPF ride just about any time. On self-powered or engine-powered cycles.
