A day in Big Bend

This actually covers two days in Big Bend. Well, it's 3 but the story spans a total of 48 hours :-) I couldn't break it into one particular day that I liked, so I photographed and wrote about the whole 48 hour trip:

we have an anniversary trip planned for the end of this mo.
stayin in Alpine in the Davis Mountains for a couple of days
then on down to the Terlingua Ghost town & explore for a couple more
