My Daily Photo

I've been doing a photo-a-day (I refer to it as 'Project365') since January 1 this year. I'll probably keep going into 2012, but for now, I'm just shooting for Dec 31.

You can see the full gallery here on my website, and at flickr, but I figure since I'm new here, I'd just add each day's photo in this thread if anyone would be interested in watching the project develop.

A fire in an underground electrical vault near Daley Center sent smoke and flames up through manhole covers and caused power loss to surrounding buildings. City emergency crews closed off a four block radius to all pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Thanks John! Yes, these are random strangers on the street. I've just recently started doing that, I've been busy at work and it's easier to run outside for 15-20 minutes a day and turn that into my daily photo than to plan out a shot and get all creative / artsy with flashes, etc... I'm trying to do those kind of shots on the weekend, and hopefully I'll add some more variety during the week soon. :)
