Abel!

This is only available on our shared plans and basically what it does is creates you a Junk folder so you can view all your spam!

ugh.. only for shared plans? ugh then that means i am not eligible. bummer.

maybe you can help me get my email setup without the extra filtering... when i plug in my server info, login, password etc it keeps giving me and server "invalid certificate" error and doesnt go through.

thanks

Turn off SSL and that will fix that.

Also make sure you but your imap prefix as: INBOX

All caps too.

Thats greek to me... I think im gonna need a little more help...

Do I turn off SSL in my Control Panel?

As for the Imap prefix, is that simply: INBOX.domainname.com for my incoming mail server?

Abel, in Settings go to the mail setup, the account name, and scroll to the bottom. Right above the big red "Delete Account" button is an "Advanced" button. Tap it and it opens the advanced screen.

The first entry in the "Incoming Settings" group is a "Use SSL" switch; turn it OFF. The third entry in that group is "IMAP Path Prefix", enter simply the word INBOX in all caps.

Are you setting an IMAP acct or POP? My ISP is POP3. So far it doesn't like my settings and they are the same as my at home.
