Its about damned time that someone does this and puts an end to the silly megapixel war!
Following the 14.7 MP G10, Canon introduced the next generation G11... with 10 Megapixels!!!

its about time canon ended their megapixel race. Who needs 15MPs in a sensor half the size of your pinky nail, seriously?
The bigger sensors like in the 5DII, it makes sense, but in the P&S its a little silly. | | | |

50D. It's not "bad" but I expected better.
