Leica M9 (Full Frame) and....X1 (APS-C)??

It may well be a rebranded GF-1 but Leica has said they will not make any m3/4 camera. So we may see another Faux-Leica from Panasonic. Think of it as a Fiat with a Ferrari badge on it, but don't expect the breeding.

Dunno about others but I am quite happy with my Faux-Leica LX3 (Panasonic).

If you have an LX3, you don't have a Faux-Leica you have just a plain Panasonic and should be happy.

It's when they put the red dot on it then it becomes a cursed Faux-Leica.

The faux version of the LX3 is the only one to be had. I put my name in the pot to be notified by B& H when new LX3s come in months ago.

No, a Zorki is a Zorki is a Zorki.

Faux-Leica have a red dot but no conection with either Solms or Weztlar. The FSU's cameras are Barnack copies. The don't pretend to be what they are not.

If you want an FSU camera Yuri at FEDKA is you man. He did beautiful restore on my 1934 NKVD FED.
