That little green focus light is a great idea.

I really do like the Leica X1... just not too crazy about it's almost silly price tag.

Once could get several good SLR's for that price. If nothing, the micro 4/3rds are an excellent value over this.
I beleive the m4/3rds will be the cause of the untimely premature death of the X1. Even Leica die hard fans really would have to give in to logic and see that the X1 is too little too late.

If they ever decide to sell it at a realistic value - say $800-$900, I would own one for sure.

I'll see, I've got a deposit up and am #11 on the list at PopFlash.

It's a much bigger sensor than 4/3 an APS-C. The same size as those "good" dSLR's have. It just maybe the first truly DMD camera made.
