Cable is much harder to cut with normal implements than chain.

Chain is easier to pack than stubborn cable. Either will deter the crack head though.

I was just looking at my Tamrac roller bags...They both have D-rings, double zippers,piullout handles and carry straps...Even if I ran a logging chain through all of them, a boxcutter could defeat the nylon material in a few seconds, but I suppose it would slow down the amateurs......Ben
