This is an old ad for the same item. The current ad isn't posted online. Read a bit more carefully, where I said same card different price.

Have you ever used A-Data cards? Any problems? That is a great deal for a fast, 16 gb UDMA card.

I haven't used their flash memory, but I built my computer with their DDR3, and they are a longstanding, well respected name. In reality, there are only a handful of memory manufacturers, compared to the brands they are sold under.

The only card I ever had fail was a Patriot 2Gbyte. They made it good but I don't trust them after that. That was several years ago. Maybe I just got a bad one. Never had a Sandisk fail though. That is a good price though.

The specs only give a 40mb/sec. read speed.

If you look at Friday's ad in the paper, it's there. The online thing isn't done by Fry's and doesn't include everything in the ad.
