EP1 Updates

My Olympus EP1 won't hook-up tp the website for update. Has anybody else had this problem?

As with the majority of Olympus cameras it can be download via the use of Olympus Master or studio software only.

Well I know that; the problem is that approach does not work. I get a "connect camera and retry" message every time.

Try another USB port. If you are using a hub, don't use it. Instead, try connecting directly to the computer. You either have a few on the front or you can crawl to the back of the computer to do it. If that doesn't work try another cable.
