I have. It works well. Just install the software on your SD card. When you power up the camera, you have the option to run it or not. If you choose not to run it, you use your camera as normal.

There was a hack for my old Digital Rebel that I started with some years ago. The hacks unlocked some custom functions that were there, but not accessible.

I use it on an SD750 and Sd1000 for aerial photography from an RC plane. Lot's of control. You dream it you can do it.
