Do you always travel with your DSLR or do you take a point-and-shoot?

My point and shoot is for personal use. My DSLR is for professional use. If I am going somewhere where I can take stock images to sell, I bring the DSLR. If I am just going for fun, I bring the PNS.

I have a P&S but I usually use my 500D for my P&S and general snapshots. I have a 15-85 on it and it is perfect for ,don't care if I get a keeper, general shooting.

I always have my XSi with me. Either I have my 50mm or the 17-55 kit lens. Better then having nothing me. I ride a bike and the bus to school so don't want that much weight. The XSi with the 50mm is pretty light and don't take up much room in my backpack.

I use my D60 with the 35mm lens as my family fun outing. And when we visit family outside of the state, I take my DSLR bag with my D80.

Yes and yes. I always take my dSLR, my husband has his G9. 9.99999 times out of 10, I'm using my camera instead of his.

I stopped traveling with my DSLR once I acquired my M9.
Well the first time i took the DSLR but it stayed back at the hotel 95% of the time.
My last trip it stayed at home.
