Any lens can produce Bokeh. How pleaseing it is to the viewer is a matter of personal taste as is evident in this thread.

My favorite was the 200 f/1.8L but since I don't have one now here is the 500 f/4L IS and 135 f/2L.

Shot this one a week ago:
Shot using my 18-55 kit lense. This image is an HDR version of three different images. Don't recall what f-stop I used, but it came out pretty good!

I'll play, I have a Minolta MC Rokkor-PG 58mm f1.2. I think this lens' reputation precedes it, but here are some bokeh shots anyway.
wide open:
forgive the focus on these, Im not very good at focusing SLRs and this was the first time I had ever used this camera Untitled by redisburning, on Flickr Untitled by redisburning, on Flickr
I love what this lens does stopped down too: Untitled by redisburning, on Flickr Untitled by redisburning, on Flickr
BTW if you hate bokeh I thoroughly recommend the ZM planar 50/2; of all of my lenses it has the least obtrusive bokeh and it just sort of hides in the back and draws you to the subject.
