If card A writes at 100x and the camera only writes at 66x, then increasing the card to one that writes at 233x is not going to change anything.
However, if the camera back is capable of utilyzing the latest UDMA technologies and you change from a 233x (non-UDMA) card to a 300x UDMA card, you will see drastic write speed increases.
So just stating medium format/ Hassy or mamiya doesn't narrow it down enough -- you would need to look at the specs of the particular back and then see what kind of potential increase a faster card might have
