5dmkII feels good

After selling all my Olympus at the PPA convention, I have been cameraless for over a month. My taxes finally got returned to me the last week just as a shipment of 5D bodies arrived at Camera Exchange. I called early Sat morning and got mine put back (the last one not spoken for) and got Joe to have it charged up so it would be ready when I got there. First shot out of the camera using a "nifty fifty" of me and my friends will not see the light of day, but the other shots were great. I was a little concerned with the look of the photos on the back of the camera (still set to all defaults) but after dropping them into lightroom I was very happy with the results. Only have a month to get ready now for two big shoots in April so I plan on spending lots of with my finger on the shutter button and eyes glued to monitor making adjustments.

I think I have some fun times ahead

easy now... i know some very talented photographers that shoot Olympus and prove that its not the camera that makes the photographer.
